In stock orders will be processed with 36 hours of receipt of your order. We use next day DHL couriers and once they have scanned your parcel into their system, you will receive an email from them giving a tracking number and various delivery options should you wish to amend the details.
We track all our parcels via the DHL portal and will be available to assist if you have any concerns about the progress of your order.
You should contact us for delivery schedules for any stock listed on the website as pre-order. We will advise you of when the goods are likely to be back in stock. Should there be any delays of more than 30 days, we will give you the option of a full and immediate refund or keep you updated on progress, whichever is your preferred option.
While we work well with DHL, external circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or industrial action, might occasionally result in delivery delays. Should your parcel get lost we will, in the first instance, work with DHL to locate it. If this fails, we will ensure you receive a replacement at our expense.
If your bedding is found to be damaged on delivery, please alert us immediately and we will send a replacement at our expense.
